All pricing is shown before the 10% City Trustee Tax – this tax is not added to the purchase of a cash amount gift card but will be charged when the gift card is used to book a game.
If you purchase the “Value of a Game” gift card, the Virginia Beach Trustee Tax will be included in the value of the gift card so the recipient of the gift will have no additional expenses for the number of players included in the gift card.

Any game can be chosen when purchasing the gift card but this will not limit the person receiving the gift to playing that game – any room can be chosen when the reservation is made.

Q. How much are the gift certificates?
All gift card amounts are totally customizable. You can choose by player number or by dollar amount.
Q. Do gift certificates expire?
Typically, the value of an Escape2Win gift certificate is good for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Gift cards don’t expire but pricing changes could cause an additional payment due at time of redemption.
Q. How will I receive the certificate?
We’ll send you an email with an unique code. That code can be used to redeem the certificate.
Q. Can I get a physical gift certificate?
We may be able to arrange for physical certificates.
