What COVID precautions do players have to take?

Players must wear masks covering the nose and mouth inside our facility. We are keeping an eye on the state government’s regulations and will update the mask requirement as soon as feasible. Players displaying COVID symptoms like fever, coughing, difficulty breathing and so on will NOT be allowed inside our facility. They should reschedule their booking.

$25 per player. Prices may rise for private bookings for fewer than 8 players.

Q. What is Escape2Win?

We are a locally owned business that has created some of Virgina Beach’s most loved escape room experiences. Our Cleveland Street location has five mesmerizing escape games set in five different genres and catering to a diversity of tastes while our Princess Anne Road location hosts four unique adventures for young and old.

2 Players: $45/person
3 Players: $40/person
4-5 Players: $35/person
6-7 Players: $30/person

Q. What are the age limits?

We recommend our games for teens and adults, but younger children may play at the parents’ discretion.

Note: Childern 15 and under require an adult in the building , children 11 and under require an adult in the room with them, and children under 7 can play free but don’t count toward the total number of players for pricing purposes.

Q. I'm in a wheelchair. Can I play?

The Explorers Club is completely wheelchair-friendly – you’ll enjoy matching wits against Sir Edmund Carter!

The rest of our rooms at Cleveland St. are wheelchair-friendly too, but please call us on 757-349-8999 ahead of time, so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Q. I'm pregnant. Can I play?

Under most circumstances, yes you can.

However, please call us on 757-349-8999 so that we can make arrangements if needed.

Q. Can I cancel my reservation or receive a refund?

We do not offer cancellations or refunds on purchased reservations, however, we are happy to reschedule your bookings provided you call us a minimum of 2 hours prior to your game start time. Thank you for understanding.
