Q. What is Escape2Win?
We are a locally owned business that has created some of Virginia Beach’s most loved escape room experiences. Our Cleveland Street location has three unique escape games set in three different genres and catering to a diversity of tastes.
Q. How can we reach Escape2Win?
Our address – 5241 Cleveland St. Va Beach, Va 23457.
It’s about 11 miles from the oceanfront, a straight shot down I264E to the Witchduck Rd. exit.
Also, we are close to Town Center and with easy access to the interstate.

Q. What COVID precautions do players have to take?
We require masks only for the Unvaccinated guests but they can remove them while with their group in the escape room.
Vaccinated guests no need to wear masks.
Players displaying COVID symptoms like fever, coughing, difficulty breathing and so on will NOT be allowed inside our facility. They should reschedule their booking.
Q. What are the ticket prices?
- 2 Players: $40/person
- 3 Players: $35/person
- 4 Players: $30/person
- 5+ Players: $27/person
Prices may rise for private bookings for fewer than 8 players.
Q. What are the age limits?
We recommend our games for teens and adults, but younger children may play at the parents’ discretion.
Note: Children of age 7 and below can play for free.
Q. I'm in a wheelchair. Can I play?
Under most circumstances, yes you can.
However, please call us on 757-349-8999 so that we can make arrrangements if needed.
Q. I'm pregnant. Can I play?

Q. Can I cancel my reservation or receive a refund?
We do not offer cancellations or refunds on purchased reservations, however, we are happy to reschedule your bookings. Thank you for understanding.
